What are the power requirements for a slot machine?
There are no special requirements for your slot machine. All of our slot machines run on your standard household current (110V-120VAC). Just plug and play. We recommend that all machines be plugged into a power surge protector to limit damage during power surges or storm, as with any major purchase that you would make.
If my slot machine requires service, will I need to send it back?
Probably not. Virtually all of the parts in a slot machine can be removed in just a few simple steps without any specialized tools. If you have a problem, give us a call. One of our friendly slot technicians can walk you through the problem over the phone and normally get you up and running within a few minutes. If you need a part, then we can ship it to you right away so that you can be back up and running as quickly as possible.
How do you change the payout percentage on an IGT slot machine?
All of our machines are shipped with eproms that are fun to play at home- normally 92%-95%. We're also pleased to offer eproms ranging from 75%- 98% for most games. If you decide that you want to purchase a different percentage eprom, then each eprom comes with easy to follow step by step installation instructions. Call us to see what is available?
What does your warranty cover?
Each machine has a one year warranty on parts. If you have a part that goes bad or needs replaced within that one year time frame, then you are covered. If you have problems after the one year, please contact us. We don't want you to purchase a part that is not required to fix your machine. We aim to make sure you get the correct part the first time. We also offer a life time of technical phone support for each machine that we sell.
